If you wish to change the name on your ticket, please contact us via the form below. The limit for changes is 48h prior to the event opening on the 17th of October 2019.

All of the event content will be in English. However, if you’re more comfortable with Romanian, then you’ll have simultaneous translation via headphones at your disposal.

Yes, if you have a discount coupon, apply it and the group discount will apply as well (Group discounts: When you buy 3 to 5 tickets, a 5% discount will be automatically applied. For over 6 tickets, the discount jumps up to 10%!)

Yes, you can reserve the tickets and pay through bank transfer within 30 days. You will receive a proforma invoice by email.

• Starting September 15, 2019, payments will be due in 15 days.
• Between October 1 and October 10, 2019, payments will be due in 3 days.
• From October 10, the bank transfer option will not be available.
